  • Error Correction: If an error is made by us during the notarization process, we will correct the error at no additional charge. Corrections will be made in a timely manner upon notification.

2. Tax Advisory Services

  • Refund Eligibility: Advisory service fees are refundable only if work has not yet commenced.

  • Work Commencement: Once work has begun on your tax advisory services (including research, document preparation, or consultations), fees become nonrefundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Provide your name, service details, and reason for the refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Discretionary Refunds
